AerPID Octo (8x) Temperature Controller
Built on AerPID’s proven 2015 platform, the Octo expands the single‑channel design to eight independent heating elements with a full set of safety and remote‑control features.

• 8 K‑type thermocouple inputs (other thermocouple types available)
• 8 dedicated Solid‑State Relays (SSR) with built‑in cooling
• 3 A SSR per channel (total capacity up to 15 A) - Precision temperature control
• Dedicated PID controller with stable, repeatable temperature management
• FreeRTOS‑based firmware built on the Arduino framework
• Dual‑core 240 MHz CPU (Wi‑Fi only – Bluetooth not supported) - Safety & protection
• Fuse‑protected 15 A AC plug (C14 → C13)
• Automatic shutdown and heating‑element dip detection
• Heating‑element and thermocouple fault detection with coil‑protection circuit - Connectivity
• Wi‑Fi remote configuration and control via a web application (full GUI)

• 2″ IPS LCD (240 × 320 px) with rotary knob, two buttons, and status LEDs
• Eight 0.96″ OLED displays (one per channel) showing live temperature and setpoint

The AerPID‑Octo delivers the same reliable PID control and safety features of the AerTiny, but with eight fully independent channels for high‑throughput heating applications.
